Designed to unite two distinct cultures, this new office space brings together American Express and a legacy acquisition company in a vibrant, cohesive environment that reflects shared values and local character. The workplace supports collaboration and flexibility while establishing a unified identity for teams coming together under one roof.

Sustainability and coordination were central to the project’s success. A significant portion of existing workstations and ancillary furnishings were reused to support LEED certification goals, requiring detailed documentation and close collaboration across teams. Working in partnership with Leapley, the general contractor, installation sequencing was carefully coordinated, including the early installation of modular phone booths to accommodate safety requirements. Through clear communication and teamwork among all project partners, reused and new elements were seamlessly integrated to deliver a flexible, future-ready workplace.
